WJH Bullying Prevention Week
WJHS students wear purple to kick-off Anti-Bullying Awareness Month
Our new Western Jr. High student council members are Reece Dunker (president), Tucker Smith (Vice President), Andrew Conley (secratry), and Rhiannon Wible (historian). Our 6th grade student council general memebers are Fiona Kelly, Jensen Ross, and Olivia Vincent. Our 7th grafde general members are Bradley Charlton, Katie George, Tera Hinch, and Lyndi Weir. Our 8th grade members are Paige Snyder and Easton Carlin.
In our first sudent council meeting we discussed bullying. National Bullying Prevention Month starts October 1st. Student Council was discussing ways to raise awareness/help pevent bullying. We also will have Unity Day October 22, and anit-bullying week the 20th through the 24th.
