Homecoming t-shirts are on sale through Jan. 9. Forms are available in all school offices or from Mrs. Tappe. Dress Up Days will be: Too Tired Tuesday (pajamas); Color War Wednesday (each class wears a designated color); Top Notch Thursday (Dress like you are attending a Black Tie event, and Fired Up Friday (school colors). There is no school on Monday the week of homecoming.
Be sure to buy a copy of the 2016-17 yearbook, The Paw Print on sale for $40, before Dec. 16. The price increases $5 on Dec. 17
-0-3/Pre-K Popcorn & a Movie Night: November 15th 6-7:30 p.m. in the Kinderhook Gym -0-3 "Give Thanks" Supper (Turkey-mashed potatoes-green beans -dinner roll - pie - drink) all free for 0-3 families to celebrate our little people. The Western yearbook staff is using an app this year called ReplayIt which gives students, staff, and family members the ability to upload, view and share images for possible use in the yearbook. At the end of the year, the person who submits the most published photos will receive a $10 visa gift card to spend wherever! Visit ReplayIt.com to register and submit photos. Student Council will be sponsoring a blood drive Friday, Oct. 28, from 1-6 p.m. at the high school. Save time by using the "Rapid Pass" option on the Red Cross website to complete the pre-donation portion of the process. If you were unable to get your picture taken for the yearbook on Picture Day, retake day has been scheduled for November 17th.
